x4nt Terms and Conditions

x4nt is an online betting and casino platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between x4nt and its users. Key terms used below are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to x4nt's website, services and all associated digital channels.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person with a registered account on the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on x4nt, a user must be at least 21 years old. The platform's services are available only to those aged 21 or above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information will be treated as a breach of the Terms and may result in account termination.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be terminated and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the x4nt support team immediately.

3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount per transaction on x4nt is ৳300. This limit applies equally to every payment method.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. This balance must be available in the account before a withdrawal request can be made.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted on x4nt:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile service

3.4 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if additional verification is required in certain cases, this time may increase.

3.5 Transaction Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of all financial transactions. x4nt will not be liable for any loss resulting from a transaction completed with incorrect information.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000 is available on your first deposit on x4nt. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳10,000 or more → Bonus up to ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳15,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the principal deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Promotion Usage Restrictions

Each promotion or bonus offer may be used only once. If a user attempts to use the same bonus multiple times or in an improper manner, x4nt reserves the right to cancel that bonus and, if necessary, suspend the account.

4.4 Right to Modify Bonuses

x4nt reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time. Such changes will be published on the platform.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All users on x4nt must follow the fair play policy. If any user engages in cheating, use of bots, match fixing or any other dishonest practice, their account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

5.2 Betting Decisions

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless there is a platform-approved reason (such as an event cancellation). The user is fully responsible for their own decisions.

5.3 Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket, football or other sports, users must carefully review the applicable odds and market terms. x4nt's decision on market outcomes is considered final.

5.4 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using SSL encryption and fair play technology. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator and x4nt does not interfere with the result of any game.

x4nt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user's account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Information provided by the user is found to be false
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process
• At the user's own request

In the event of account termination, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus funds and amounts forfeited due to breach of terms will not be refunded.

x4nt always strives to ensure uninterrupted service, however x4nt will not be liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by the user's own internet connection issues
• Failure of third-party software or payment gateways
• Temporary service outage caused by external factors (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)

Under no circumstances will x4nt's total liability exceed the active balance of the relevant user.

x4nt reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms by the user.

The English version of these Terms shall be considered authoritative. If any part of the Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

In the event of any dispute related to x4nt, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. If resolution through discussion is not possible, the matter will be addressed through the formal complaints process with x4nt's support team.
